Pneumadyne
Established in 1975, Pneumadyne was developed out of the industry's need for a better miniature pneumatic valve. Over thirty-five years later, we are known as a leader in the design, development, manufacture and integration of fluid handling devices.
Pneumatic Manifolds

Pneumatic Manifolds

Pneumatic manifolds provide a convenient junction point for the distribution of fluids or gases. Simply thread pneumatic fittings into the ports of the distribution block to produce an organized method of supplying multiple lines from a single source.

Pneumadyne has been an innovator in the design and manufacture of pneumatic & hydraulic manifolds since 1976. We offer a wide selection of styles and sizes to ensure that your plumbing and installation requirements are met.

The Pneumadyne Advantage:

* 2 to 10 stations
* Variety of sizes & configurations
* Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steel, Polypropylene & Nylon
materials
* Aluminum is black anodized for corrosion resistance
* Precision machined

Aluminum Pneumatic Manifolds

Aluminum Pneumatic Manifolds

Pneumadyne’s aluminum pneumatic manifolds are a convenient junction point for the distribution of media in a variety of fluid handling applications. Quickly create an organized method of supplying multiple lines from a single source by threading pneumatic fittings into the ports. Our standard aluminum manifold offering can easily accommodate the plumbing and installation requirements of your pneumatic control systems.

The Pneumadyne Advantage

  • Thread sizes range from 10-32 (F) to 3/8 NPT (F)
  • Two to 10-stations
  • Black anodized for corrosion resistance
  • Mounting versatility

303 Stainless Steel Pneumatic Manifolds

303 Stainless Steel Pneumatic Manifolds

Pneumadyne’s stainless steel manifolds provide a convenient junction point for media distribution in a wide range of fluid handling circuits. Stainless steel manifolds are often found in automotive, washdown, semiconductor and off shore applications. The advantage to using stainless is that it can withstand higher pressure, is extremely durable and offers excellent corrosion resistance.  Our standard stainless steel manifold offering can easily accommodate your systems installation requirements.

The Pneumadyne Advantage

  • Standard thread sizes 1/4NPT (F) and 3/8 NPT (F)
  • 2 to 10-stations per manifold
  • Mounting versatility
  • Operating pressure at 72°F:  3500 psi
  • For use with air, water and hydraulic oils

Brass Pneumatic Manifolds

Brass Pneumatic Manifolds

Pneumadyne’s brass manifolds provide a convenient junction point for media distribution in a wide range of fluid handling applications. Brass manifolds are often found in automotive, assembly and fluid distribution industries. The advantage to using brass is it offers excellent durability and can be used with a variety of media. Our standard brass manifold offering can easily accommodate your systems installation requirements.

The Pneumadyne Advantage

  • Thread sizes range from 1/8NPT (F) to 3/8 NPT (F)
  • 2 to 10-stations per manifold
  • Mounting versatility
  • Operating pressure at 72°F:  2000 psi
  • For use with air, water and hydraulic oils

Nylon Pneumatic Manifolds

Nylon Pneumatic Manifolds

Pneumadyne’s nylon manifolds provide a convenient junction point for media distribution in a wide range of pneumatic or hydraulic circuits. Nylon manifolds are often found in washdown, instrumentation, fluid handling and laboratory applications. The advantage to using nylon is that it is ideal for low pressure applications using air, water or other compatible media.  Our standard nylon manifold offering can easily accommodate your systems installation requirements.

The Pneumadyne Advantage

  • Standard thread sizes 1/4NPT (F) and 3/8 NPT (F)
  • 2 to 10-stations per manifold
  • Mounting versatility
  • Operating pressure at 72°F:  200 psi
  • For use with air and water

Polypropylene Pneumatic Manifolds

Polypropylene Pneumatic Manifolds

Pneumadyne’s polypropylene manifolds provide a convenient junction point for media distribution in a wide range of fluid handling circuits. These plastic manifolds are often found in instrumentation, fluid handling, washdown and laboratory applications. The advantage to using polypropylene is that it is lightweight and recommended for lower pressure applications involving air or water.  Our standard stainless steel manifold offering can easily accommodate your systems installation requirements.

The Pneumadyne Advantage

  • Standard thread sizes 1/4NPT (F) and 3/8 NPT (F)
  • 2 to 10-stations per manifold
  • Mounting versatility
  • Operating pressure at 72°F:  150 psi
  • For use with air and water

Pneumatic Manifolds: 90° Output Ports

Pneumatic Manifolds: 90° Output Ports

Aluminum manifolds with output ports at 90° are offered for plumbing convenience.  Two through 10-stations are available with 1/8 NPT (F), 1/4 NPT (F), 1/2 NPT (F) & 3/8 NPT (F) ports.

Features include:

  • Aluminum with black anodize for corrosion & wear resistance
  • Precision machined aluminum
  • Two input ports

Dual Air Manifolds

Dual Air Manifolds

Dual Air Manifolds feature two separate manifolds in one block. This configuration allows two independent flow paths (ie vacuum on one side, pressure on the other) to be plumbed at the same location. Two through 5-station manifolds are offered for installation and plumbing convenience.

Features include:

  • Precision machined aluminum
  • Black anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance
  • Input ports: 1/4 NPT (F) & 3/8 NPT (F)
  • Output ports: 1/8 NPT (F) & 1/4 NPT (F)
